TCS - Terms and Conditions of Sale

ARTICLE 1: INTRODUCTION

INTRODUCTIONThe general terms and conditions of sale detailed below (hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale") govern the contractual relations between any user of the site (hereinafter referred to as a "User" or "You") and the simplified joint stock company (SASU) Rakame 7, with a capital of €2000, whose registered office is located et 35, grande rue, 38530, Barraux, France (hereinafter referred to as "Rakame 7" or "We"), registered with the Grenoble Trade and Companies Register under number 981 733 678.

ARTICLE 2: PRICE

The sale prices indicated on the Website are in euros and include all taxes including VAT.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time but we undertake to apply the rates in force which will have been indicated to you on the Website at the time of your order.


ARTICLE 3: ORDERS

Orders are placed via the Service. Access to the Service is ensured on a permanent basis subject to maintenance and upkeep periods, server updates and any exceptional interruptions.

Rakame 7 provides access to fictional police investigations on its Service.
The customer chooses the method of acquiring his product on the Service.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been approved.

Contractual information is presented in the language of the Service and is subject to approval when ordering. Rakame 7 reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer following the intervention of a payment incident relating to a previous order or when the information transmitted by the User is clearly incorrect.


ARTICLE 4: CONFIRMATION

You declare that you have read and accepted these TCS as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTC) before placing your order. Therefore, validating your order means accepting these TCS and GTC. Unless evidence of fraud on the part of Rakame 7, the data recorded by Rakame 7 constitutes proof of all transactions carried out between Rakame 7 and You.


ARTICLE 5: AVAILABILITY

Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the Service.


ARTICLE 6: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

PURCHASE OF A PACK FOR "My Account"

Investigation packs are digital content available immediately after purchase. By purchasing an investigation pack, the user waives their right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

PURCHASE OF A GIFT CARD

Gift cards are digital codes sent to the recipient's email address, which allow the acquisition of investigation packs on the Service. The right of withdrawal is 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the gift card has not been used to purchase an investigation pack. After this period, the gift card cannot be refunded. A gift card whose code has been used cannot be refunded, as the investigation or pack is available immediately after the code is activated.


ARTICLE 7: SECURE PAYMENT

Rakame 7 processes payments through its partner Paypal, a secure online credit card payment solution.
Paypal currently offers all the features necessary to manage a secure payment service on the Internet. The integrity of the exchanged data is ensured by the exchange procedure and the sealing of messages by the use of SSL and SET technologies.

Their use does not require prior downloading of specific software onto your hard drive. The system transmits to our partners' servers the response codes in accordance with ISO IS 8583, and in the case of an agreement, a receipt is provided to both parties, the customer and the online merchant. This electronic receipt is used to validate the existence of the payment at the request of each party.


ARTICLE 8: RESPONSABILITY

This contract is subject to French law. Rakame 7 cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded, on the one hand in case of force majeure and on the other hand, when the non-performance is due to one of its partners. In the latter case, the User is free to seek the responsibility of the defaulting partner.


ARTICLE 9: APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES

This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is the French language. In the event of a dispute, the search for an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the courts of Grenoble (France) have sole jurisdiction. In other cases, the competent court shall be designated in accordance with the applicable rules of public policy jurisdiction.
